An extraction is the removal of an entire tooth (from the crown to the root tips). There are times when a tooth needs to be removed. That happens when tooth is fractured below the gum line, broken down beyond repair or an alternative treatment of a root canal to relieve pain is not an option.For comfort of our patients we offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to help control anxiety.
